Welcome to the terms and conditions page of Central Coast Party Bus Hire, where we aim to provide clear and comprehensive guidelines to ensure a positive and transparent experience for all our patrons.

1. Reservation Security Deposit:

To secure your booking, a deposit is required, which varies depending on the selected bus. This deposit is fully refundable after the trip, assuming the bus is left in a pristine and damage-free condition. Please note, refunds may take 2-7 business days to process, depending on your bank’s processing times.

2. Diverse Payment Methods:

For your convenience, we accept various forms of payment:

Direct cash payments to the driver on the day of service.
Pre-payment via internet banking or bank deposit, due 4 days before your event.
Payments via credit card through an invoice, supporting Visa, MasterCard, and Amex.

3. Fee for Online Booking:

Transactions made online or through an invoice incur a nominal 3% processing fee.

4. Confirmation of Booking:

Following payment, you will receive a confirmation email detailing your transaction. We urge you to review this information promptly and report any inaccuracies.

5. Binding Communication:

All correspondences, whether through email or text, between clients and Central Coast Party Bus Hire, are considered binding agreements.

6. Safeguarding Personal Data:

Client information provided online is securely managed within the XERO invoicing system, ensuring confidentiality.

7. Accuracy of Booking Information:

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure all booking details are accurate. Central Coast Party Bus Hire cannot be held responsible for errors entered through our booking platform.

8. Cancellation Terms:

Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are subject to a charge of 50% of the total fee.

9. Reminder and Confirmation:

Should you not receive a pre-booking confirmation text with your driver’s details, please get in touch with us by 8 pm the day before your event.

10. Timeliness:

Guests are advised to be ready for pickup 15-30 minutes prior to the arranged time. Delays in departure due to late readiness are non-refundable.

11. In Event of a Breakdown:

Should a bus malfunction occur; we aim to provide an alternative within 2-4 hours. If a replacement is not feasible, a refund for the trip will be offered, excluding any additional expenses incurred.

12. Exemption from Uncontrollable Delays:

We are not liable for postponements or cancellations caused by external factors beyond our control, such as traffic accidents, adverse weather conditions, or public disturbances.

13. Traffic Delay Advisory:

Delays due to traffic are beyond our control. Larger vehicles may require additional travel time.

14. Prohibition of Smoking:

Smoking inside the buses is strictly prohibited, aligning with state legislation. Non-adherence will lead to immediate removal without refund.

15. Alcohol Consumption Guidelines:

Responsible and lawful consumption of alcohol is permitted, barring glass containers for safety reasons.

16. Food Restriction:

To maintain cleanliness, consuming food or snacks on the bus is not allowed.

17. Passenger Safety Protocol:

Passengers travel at their own risk. Where provided, seatbelts must be always worn.

18. Accountability for Damages:

Costs for damages or cleaning fees incurred during the trip may result in the forfeiture of your deposit, with repair fees ranging from $300 to $1000.

19. Conduct Policy:

Disruptive behaviour, damage to the vehicle, or excessive intoxication may result in immediate eviction and termination of the service without refund.

20. Personal Item Policy:

The safety of personal belongings is the responsibility of each passenger. Central Coast Party Bus Hire is not liable for items that are lost or stolen.

21. Consent for Media Use:

Photographs or videos taken by our drivers may be used for promotional purposes unless objected to at the time of capture. In legal matters, such media may serve as evidence.
