Yes, a security bond is required to confirm and secure your booking. The bond amount varies by the bus type and will be refunded after the trip, provided the bus is returned clean, tidy, and undamaged. Refund processing may take 2-7 business days, depending on your bank.

  • Internet banking or bank deposit, payable 4 days prior to the service
  • Invoice payments via Visa, MasterCard, and Amex

Only Australian currency is accepted for all transactions.

A 3% booking fee applies to payments made online or via invoice.

Yes, following receipt of your bond or full payment, a confirmation email with remittance details will be sent.

We advise thorough review of your details when booking. For corrections after payment and confirmation, please contact us immediately at 0422 726 446. An updated remittance will be emailed after adjustments.

The security bond is non-refundable. For cancellations within 24 hours of the trip, a charge of 50% of the total payment will apply.

A confirmation text message will be sent the day prior to your booking. If not received, please contact us by 8pm at 0422 726 446.

The driver will contact you 10-15 minutes before the scheduled pick-up. A grace period of 15-30 minutes may be allowed, with potential surcharges for additional waiting time unless previously arranged.

Additional stops not included in the original booking may be refused or incur charges. Please contact management before your trip to discuss possibilities.

Our buses feature DJ LD speakers, Bluetooth connectivity, microphones, LED party lights, luxury seating, and dance floors with poles on select buses. The Karaoke Party Bus includes a vast song library, TV for lyrics, a smoke machine, and personalized LED signs.

Alcohol is permitted for passengers over 18 with valid ID, consumed responsibly. We reserve the right to refuse alcohol to anyone underage or intoxicated. Strictly no alcohol for school formals or kids’ parties.

Smoking is prohibited on all buses, in compliance with state laws. Non-compliance will result in removal without refund.

Food or snacks are not permitted on the buses.

Yes, a minimum of two adults must accompany children during transfers.

Our fleet is regularly maintained, insured, and meets NSW Transport standards, with safety features like seat belts and tracking systems. Drivers hold necessary licenses, undergo regular training, and are cleared to work with children.

Passengers are liable for damages or excessive mess. The bond may be forfeited, and additional repair costs charged.

Disruptive or intoxicated passengers may be evicted, possibly involving police, with no refund for the trip.

Passengers are responsible for their belongings. Found items will be stored but we are not liable for damage.
